It's spring as I write this, and I've been outside, enjoying walks in the woods and preparing for some camping trips. The birds singing and the uptick in people walking outside has lifted my spirits from the dark winter.
I've also been greatly enjoying the Witcher 3. The game is one of the best I've played, and I sometimes just play deliberately slowly to enjoy (savor) the story.
In these two things, I generally limit my gaming time to weekends, and then early in the morning. Playing video games feels like something I want to reward myself with; after the work is done, after I've been attentive and present with my family and work.
How do video games fit into your summer?
What is a balanced life? What is to much game playing?
